Dr Saw Lip Hean

Dr Saw Lip Hean graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Melbourne in 1988. He then served in the Malaysian Armed Forces for 2 years before returning to the University of Melbourne to undergo specialty training in the field of endodontics.
Dr Saw has practised as an endodontist in Kuala Lumpur for more than 30 years. He has served as President of the Malaysian Endodontic Society in the past and has delivered lectures at various dental conferences locally and abroad.
Besides drilling and filling canals, Dr Saw has a special interest in diagnosing, preventing and restoring cracked teeth.
Outside of dentistry, Dr Saw is an enthusiastic badminton player, playing badminton several times a week. He has recently gained a keen interest in pickleball too. He also likes cooking and listening to classical music.
Dr Cheah Kang Chien

Dr Cheah graduated from MAHSA University in 2012 with a Doctor in Dental Surgery. He practised general dentistry in both the public and private sectors until 2017. A passion in helping patients keep their natural teeth inspired him to complete a Masters in Dental Surgery (Endodontics) at the University of Hong Kong. Dr Cheah has a keen interest in root canal microbiology, pulp biology and restoring root canal-treated teeth.
Dr Cheah enjoys reading and travelling. He likes his coffee in black.

Dr Lynette received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2011. She served the government health ministry for 3 years in Penang before joining private practice as a full-time general practitioner. She has keen interests in restorative work.
She enjoys travelling and exploring the world with good friends, admiring beautiful nature and landscapes, and also sharing the simple joy of creating wonderful memories together.
Dr Jothi R. Rajaran

Dr Jothi received his Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2009. He was a dental officer in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in UKM between 2009 and 2013. He was later promoted as a Trainee Lecturer in UKM in the year of 2013. He pursued his postgraduate education at the University of Hong Kong and was a resident in the Department of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery between 2013 and 2016. He graduated with a Master of Dental Surgery in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and has returned to his alma mater, UKM, to serve as a lecturer and specialist.
Dr Jothi has a keen interest in the correction of dentofacial deformities, surgical removal of impacted wisdom teeth, and dental implants. His other areas of expertise include maxillofacial trauma and removal of maxillofacial pathology such as cysts and tumours affecting the maxilla and mandible.
Dr Tan Sze June

Dr. June graduated with Distinction in Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in year 2011. She served in Malaysian Public Service for 7 years in various specialist clinics and hospitals, whilst acquiring her Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MFDS RCSEd). Subsequently, she obtained a Distinction in Periodontology, Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (DClinDent) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2020.
Dr. June provides advanced care in gum disease, aesthetic gum surgery, lasers, bone grafting and implant dentistry. She has a special interest in medically compromised and special needs patients who require close collaboration with other dental and medical colleagues. She is also a visiting lecturer in periodontology for UKM.

Dr Lee Yin Ci

Dr Lee Yin Ci is a specialist in prosthodontic dentistry and works as a lecturer at IMU University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree in 2012 and furthered her studies at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, where she obtained a doctorate in prosthodontics in 2019 and a specialty membership in prosthodontics by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Dr Lee’s areas of interest include minimally invasive dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation with a combination of direct composite resins, removable protheses, fixed prostheses (crowns and bridges) and prosthetic-driven dental implants. Her dedication to advancing the field is evident through her multifaceted contributions in both academia and clinical practice.
In addition to her clinical pursuits, Dr Lee actively lectures and mentors undergraduate and postgraduate students in prosthodontics and implant dentistry at IMU University. She has also been appointed as an examiner for the MFDS exam by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Dr Lim Yi Xing

Dr Lim graduated with Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Penang International Dental College (PIDC) in 2018. She served in the government health ministry for 3 years in Sabah before joining our private practice as a full-time general practitioner. She has keen interests in aesthetic, restorative, paediatric, and orthodontic dentistry.
Being an adventure seeker, she enjoys travelling and immersing herself in the beauty of nature be it hiking through forests, jogging, or exploring remote trails.
Dr Nyaz Ahmad

Dr Nyaz received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from University Malaya (UM) in 1979. After a short stint in government service, he joined University Malaya as a tutor, for one a half years. He then left to join private practice as a full-time general practitioner.
Throughout his career, he has seen three generations of patients. His interests include restorative, surgical and children’s dentistry.
He is keen on travelling to see the world. He loves to go to remote places, especially places of historical significance. Among his other interests are music and reading.
Dr Pang Lee Yek, Priyantha

Dr. Pang Lee Yek is a Malaysia Dental Specialist Registered Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with extensive training and experience in managing conditions of the mouth, jaw, and face. He obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Malaya in 2014 and went on to complete his Master of Clinical Dentistry in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the same university, supported by a Ministry of Health Malaysia scholarship. His training also took him abroad, with clinical attachments in Spain and China, enriching his experience in complex surgical care. His areas of expertise include: dental implants, wisdom tooth and jaw surgery, facial trauma treatment, orthognathic (jaw corrective) surgery, and management of oral and facial diseases.
Dr. Pang is passionate about providing safe, precise, and patient-centred care. He believes in clear communication, ensuring that every patient understands their treatment plan and feels comfortable throughout the process.
Dr Sam Ye Han

Dr Sam qualified as a dentist after obtaining his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Otago in New Zealand. After serving as a dental officer for several years within the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia, he underwent specialty training in periodontology (management of gum disease) in London which he completed in 2024 with accreditation by the European Federation of Periodontology. He is currently part of the academic staff at the UiTM Faculty of Dentistry where he teaches and practices periodontics in addition to having research responsibilities. His practice focuses on the management of advanced gum disease and implant-related conditions via non-surgical and surgical means.
Outside of dentistry, he serves in his local church and enjoys spending time with his family. He is also an avid football fan.
Dr Yeoh Oon Take

Dr Yeoh graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from University Malaya (UM) in 2012. He then completed his Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (Prosthodontics) at the University of Melbourne, and holds a Membership of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons. Dr Yeoh is also an academic staff member, course coordinator and specialist prosthodontist at the Faculty of Dentistry in University Malaya. At present, he conducts courses on digital dentistry (chairside workflows and implant planning) and prosthetic workflows.
Dr Yeoh’s current research interests are in the field of dental adhesives, dental ceramics, digital dental technology and implant prosthodontics. His clinical expertise includes conventional fixed and removable prosthodontics, oral rehabilitation, implant prosthesis (fixed and removable) and CAD/CAM workflow (laboratory and chairside).
